I don't have dual exhaust, but I could put one on anyways!

...And make it sound like a Mustang.

Try a pair of Walker Hemi mufflers. Walker was the OEM supplier of Chrysler performance car mufflers across the board in the '60s and '70s. Summit has them, number 17747.

Walker Hemi = Dynomax Super Turbo? Well, if that is the case, then I accidently put them on my car in 2010 without knowing that. Definitely want the 20" version.

Mustang?! Don't think so. I've had Flowmaster 40's on my car for a couple years now and they sound fantastic. Even better with a lumpier cam. Get comments about it all the time at gas stations, supermarket parking lots, Auto supply store lots..yada yada. That's not what I live for mind you, I just dig the sound BUT it is nice to strike up conversations with complete strangers about your (and sometimes thier) car. As for the Mustang, thats a big negatory on that one hombre. Been side to side with newer Mustangs ...they sound like overpowered fart cans you find on the tuner crowd cars. In fact thats who usually driving them.

I have run the cheapo turbos (Thrush) for years. I buy mine from Advance Auto. $29.99 ea. they last a long time. Sound great. Have them on my drag car to build some low end torque. Have them on my 440 D150. And I put a set on my Hemi Rumble bee.

Flowmasters and Magnaflow mufflers make anything sound like one of two things - a Mustang from the mid-'90s on, or a jacked up 4x4 of 2000s vintage that someone has modded the exhaust system.

I like the old-fashioned "turbo" mufflers, or a set of long glasspacks like Smithy's, Porter, or Thrush. NEVER use short glasspacks if you want a mellow tone - the shorter the glasspack, the more "rap" you get and the louder they are.

I'm running the basic Turbo mufflers on my Newport and I love 'em. I'm running dual exhaust with cast iron manifolds. My pipes exit at the rear with tips.

I'm running the same brand of Turbo mufflers on my truck too, again with dual exhaust. Side exits on my truck. I'm happy with them on both vehicles. :)

Flowmaster Original 40's. I've run them all and this my favorite as well.
