Do I see a plastic overlay at the bottom of those quarters? What a novel way to fix rusted quarters just cover with plastic.

I can't believe it isn't bottomed out under that 55 gal. drum of Bondo. And I'm on a tablet....

Well I'll give them credit for not really trying to hide anything.

The build tag shows F3 as the original color - light green metallic. Those quarters are beyond description! Lots of areas where the rust is showing through after the white paint job. Missing trim bits. I gotta give the seller a little credit, in that he does show some of the undercarriage with decent pics; more than most.

To me, this is a nice $4K cruiser that looks like it could be used just fine, as-is. But $17.5K? No way in hell. That is crackpipe-smoking territory there. I know of a couple of nice '69 and '70 Fury rags for sale that are five times better at that price or less.

Years ago when I was considering replacement of the passenger 1/4 panel on my 69 Fury, I found some replacement 1/4 panels on the internet out of Canada. I can't remember the vendor now whether it was through JC Taylor or through e-bay. Might have been both? At any rate...I decided not to order them because they looked too flat...they had no "factory correct" curvature to them at all. Both the 1/4 panels on this poor Fury vert. look like these same replacement 1/4 panels. Look how they flare out at the bottom...and all around the wheel lip. What a ridiculous botch job. It's a shame vendors have to offer such garbage replacements. Better to offer none at all.

patched together rust bucket. that car has rust in places rust shouldn't exist. rubber side moldings don't help. plymouth emblem is amusing.

Holy crap, I didn't notice that the first time around! And, it's really obvious, too. It's a PLY-MOUTH.
