How rare is this option? I have access to a 69 new yorker that has been partially parted and it has them. Any interest, I am usually on the a body sight just wanted to ask the experts.

If you can, pull them and try and sell them. Very little market but you'll feel good knowing you helped someone out and saved some parts

I have gone out of my way to check out any old Mopars since I was a kid.

20 years ago I just missed a really straight and solid light blue '68 300 convertible for $800 within minutes, to a jackass from Fertile MN that was a known hoarder of Exner fin cars. He told me that he would sell it for $2,500. I was pissed at the guy selling it, as I called him and told him I was on the way, which was 10 hours one way, within 8 miles of Canada, just to see the 300 on a car dolly behind some POS '76ish Eldorado. ANYWAY, bla bla bla, the car had power vent windows.

The only other one that I saw with power vents was a '67 or '68 Imperial convertible that belonged to an Imperial collector in Norfolk Nebraska (Nice guy). I have never noticed any at any car shows to date.

Mine has power vents.

That blue Imp in the movie Mean Streets had power vents.

I would think that every Imp had the airtemp decal whether they had A/C or not. I bet the number of Imp's without A/C are very, very low.

I know exactly how you feel on that. I got a promise from a guy to hold a 70 300' in Maryland after we had talked extensively over the phone and thru hotmail. Don't you know half way to his place he called my cell to tell me he sold it. I was supremely pissed off at that the rest of the week. Sent him a real nasty email about keeping one's word for at least a day, then I deleted the account so I did not have to see his reply, if any. I hate people who would do that.

I have a similar story but with a 2008 Magnum R/T drove 4 hours only to find the salesman selling it to someone else.

I'm surprised he let you get away without selling you something else. Bad salesman. Or a newbie.
