Nice looking car, but no a/c and the engine is painted the wrong color.
It should be turquoise. So what would be the correct color?
I'm about to pull my motor for a tidy up.
Same phone number as years ago.Either it sold locally or never sold in 2015.
The original thread. The BEST 1967 Newport Custom Sedan on the planet!!!!
Post #113 shows it for sale in its present location after the sale by Miata Larry or whatever his name was. Either it sold locally or never sold in 2015.
By the pics, it's a nice car. Time may let the its value catch up to the asking price eventually.
yepOh Crap! That guy again ?!? Is this car the same car ?
So what would be the correct color?

The first number in 2013 was a 315 area code (same as mine) for Geneva. The last few times has been a 914 area code.Same phone number as years ago.
Seems like everybody, including me, are getting ready to paint their engines turquoise . . . Here for the third time this week:

Funny how they are the same pics, but I think it changed hands from Miata Gerry and now the present owner is figuring he can sell for what he paid.
I really wish that I had seen this car when it was in Geneva. It's about an hour west of me, so I didn't want to drive there and have to deal with a car salesman. I figured he'd have it for sale at some shows and I'd catch it there.
Now it's 4 or 5 hours southeast of me. I doubt if I'll see this car anytime soon.
Again, based on the pics, it's a nice car... and surely worth more than the average 67 Newport.... But at the end of the day, it's a 4 door Newport.
