Quarter Glass Weatherstrip Sought for '70 300 4-Door Hardtop

I am in need of the vertical pieces of weatherstrip which seal the front windows to the rear in my 1970 Chrysler 300 4-door hardtop. I bought a set about 15 years ago from some vendor, but I can't recall whom.

If no one knows of a source, does anyone at least happen to know the part numbers?
