Hope everyone had a nice holiday,
I had a quick question regarding the screws which retain the rear elevated trim pieces above and under the rear compartment side windows on my 1970 Plymouth Custom Suburban. These screws also hold the inner tailgate panel. In light of making progress on slowly restoring the interior where I can, I'm close to starting on repainting the trim and plastic/vinyl pieces and just wanted to know if these screws were painted along with the piece (in whatever color the interior was) or if these were left as just regular polished metal. Here is a photo closeup of the trim piece nearest to the front of the driver's side rear long glass. Any insight would be greatly appreciated, as I'm trying to maintain correct details on the car.
Thank you for your time,
Mac

I know 69 they were the polished steel, not painted. Confident 70 is the same, from my yard walks. Not sure if they were chromed.

I did not have any green screws to match with my interior color, I just wanted to verify. Greatly appreciate your insight and your help in the past on some of my past thread posts. Thank you very much!
