Use a pr of needle nose pliers and squeeze the top tip. Then pull straight out. The speedo is like that also.

If you are talking about the bolt that holds the radio in the bezel, it is a theft proof screw Chrysler used in the 70's. You can still get the socket from Snap on, and Matco.

Use a needle nose Vise Grips and when removed replace with Phillips type screw.

Because I'm cheap, I've center punched and drilled the heads to remove them rather than buy the socket.
