Removing power steering pump pulley

1967 Newport 383 how does one remove the pulley to install on new pump
the pump is a federal type pump

There is a specific tool for that called, as you would expect, a power steering pump pulley puller. Auto stores, Harbor Freight, etc. May be available as a loaner tool.
