restore for dad

just got the car a couple weeks ago from my brother in Calgary,its my dads rag since 1980. Has been in this state for 13 years. Has every panel rust free from a donor. My brother...(the licensed body man)dropped the ball...so I,m hoping to finish it and drive it to nova scotia to give it back to him before he dies tho he does not know that's the plan.
