Ribbed Mopar Script Heater Hose

Which heater hose, the one that carries the water or the warm air? I'm guessin the air with the ribbed part?

NPD is usually a good place to get parts at a decent price, but $100.00 for a pair of heater hoses? How important are those ribs at that price? Check the other restoration parts sources for good measure. I suspect there's only ONE supplier and everybody sells the same stuff. So shop around for the best price. Please forgive my sticker shock.

Another thing is that there might be a similar GM resto item at a lower price. Some lacquer thinner on a rag will remove the ink stamps, whether on repro hoses or quality replacement hoses.

Just some thoughts,

I was surprised by the price too when I initially looked on eBay so I thought I would post here to see if anyone had other options. NPD is the least expensive option thus far.

The correctness is important to me due to the level of detail throughout my restoration.
