Would Rally wheel trim rings like these from Mancini work?
If not, is there another source new?

Nope too wide, originals are only around 1.75 wide.Ford has a truck trim ring that works ( I think older Ranger)but has a slot for valve stem instead of oval near the inner edge.

I've seen several variations on these wheels over the years. They are out there. I couldn't tell you their sources. The casual C body guy usually knows right away.

As mentioned above, you NEED to verify with Mancini (or others like them) just what wheel rim width the rings are designed to fit.

The pictured rings look much more like they are for a 7" wide factory wheel. Otherwise, from the outside, they look good.

There were some Chrysler trim rings that had a slightly brushed finish past the outer edge. ALSO, some Fury GT wheels had a different trim ring, also.

There can be some aftermarket trim rings which look similar to the OEM rings, BUT all of the aftermarket trim rings I've seen have a continuous "biter" ring around their inside rather than segmented areas (think factory wheel covers, in orientation) as the factory rings have. IF that might matter to you.

Just some thoughts,
