The old guy on the photo is an American rockabilly musician, film producer, actor and wrestling manager. I'm pretty sure some of you know him! ;)
I almost forgot... There were both model years of the Opel Admiral present. I made photos of the emblems for you, Will. ;)

Usually, you can get motorcylce plates which fit the US plate holders but some use the normal german shaped plates. Mostly 06 dealer plates or 07 classic car plates (you can drive multiple cars with one 07 plate) and I'm not sure if you can get these in the motorcylce share.
Stan, In my shaggiest dayz there waz never that much hair comin' out of every follicle on my body. Or put another way the hair on my head used to stop rain from gettin' to the scalp but in todayz world bird **** touchez the skin and They've found me more then ah few timez damit.

I see you have even more problems to get license plates fit than we do...
That's just a temporary plate that expires within a couple of days meant to usually bring a sold car to another Destination, however it>'s sometimes used for such meets as well. Plates that stay with the car for good get the right dimensions from Registration Office.

Might be one reason this car is not regularly registered. Would have a hard time passing German Tech inspection.
I don't thing that's the reason. These short-term plate also require a tech inspection since april 2015.

I knew there was something in the channels for this year, didn't know it's already there.
I learned that you just need a tech inspection buddy to get plates for everything... All the hot rods were extremely low, had no fenders and sharp spikes all over the car, no wipers and so on. They should never pass the tech inspection but they do!
