There's a thread on BITOG right now where some AZ people have noticed their rock orders being cancelled on them at the last stage of the on-line purchase process.
Some digging has turned up a conflict between rock and the AZ state gov't regarding AZ state taxes collected (or not collected?) prior to 2019 and is resulting (somehow) in the current situation.
