This pump turns freely & has the plastic cap so likely from a 70's era car. Not sure what it came off of as I bought out a large stash of parts from a local MOPAR guy who was cleaning out his garrage & he didn't tag anything. The pulley is bent. Easily replaced or straighten it back out. If fixed a few bent pulleys. $20.00 plus shipping to lower 48 only due to the fluid hazard. I would highly recommend a seal kit.
