I made a deal on let’s say a pallet sized(but not on a pallet currently) lot of parts that I now need to get to my shop in the Detroit area. The parts have been prepared for shipping in a number of totes, boxes and shrink wrapped bundles numbering 20 pieces and totaling out at about 600 lbs + or -. If anybody is moving anything and has extra room for this please let me know. They need to leave Cali within 2 to 3 weeks tops but I’m in absolutely no rush once picked up. The previous owner of the lot is hands off on that end for the most part.
It’s north of San Diego between Encinitas and Del Mar.
I figured I’d try here amongst other places.
Thanks!

Sounds like a perfect road trip. You could meet and hang out with your fellow C Body brethren along the way and see America the way it's supposed to be seen. Drop a bit south and take US 30, the Lincoln Highway.....

I had a 300 pound engine shipped from Dallas to Central PA through Fastenal. Cost me about $190.00
I'd give them a call.

That’s a road trip I’m taking next spring with a stop in Phoenix for a couple days.

There ya go Matt, 3 guys willing to make the trip!:D
This is a potential business opportunity...MoPar Maniacs Moving and Parts Depot. A few retired dudes willing to transport must needed stuff.

It needs to be picked up in 2 weeks though and no, it ain’t gonna fit in a bimmer.:stop:

It may take a little organization but perhaps a member relay could be put together.
Member A picks up and delivers to a safe storage. Member B picks up there and delivers to another drop/pick up. so on so on..... Expenses and a basic fee.

Those 2 pallets that were basically 4’ X 4’ X 4’ And probably weighed around 700lbs cost me $519 from San Diego.
I would like to publicly thank @bajajoaquin for his help on that end. He spent a couple of afternoons helping the owner go through all of the parts, provided me with a file of pics, went and got all of the packing materials including those pallets and prepared everything for shipping. I basically couldn’t have done it without him.

Happy to do it for a fellow FCBOer.

I just wish I’d taken a picture of the imperial with the pallet on the roof rack.
