Saskatchewan.... Ugh

Love the forward look Mopars. The few 61s I have ran across have had serious cancer issues. It's a shame. Be nice if the seller described the key areas on this one (floor pans, trunk pans, quarters, rockers, etc).

anyone else think the wheel looks a little odd? A Dodge? a Desoto? Maybe just a Canadian Plymouth?

NEVER clear-coat over "patina"! You want to make it look fake, that is what you do. Clear over that. Either leave it be, or paint the damn thing.

I know someone who is examing the pics very closely.

Me too.
There are several things going on with this car. Needs to be stripped and painted very soon, but appears to be pretty solid for a 61 Plymouth.

It has some unusual options for a Belvedere, mainly inside. It's a manual steering car with a deluxe, (clear round) steering wheel. optional dash pad, (very rare), HiFi radio option, clock (optional on a Belvedere), remote control left side mirror.
lack of badging shows it to be either a slant six or 318. Looks like a hitch receiver coming through the rear bumper.

I think the car is very restorable, but it won't be cheap. All four headlight trim rings seem to be damaged. That will be a real headache. I've collected three good ones in three years and have a promising fourth one on it's way now. Missing and damaged trim is a challenge.

It is priced fair. A good, challenging project with great reward when finished.
