Man what a beauty, if I had that and a 69 Bee that would be a hell of a garage.

That Monaco used to belong to my friend Brent Piniuta of Winnipeg, Canada a couple years ago. It looks the same as when he sold it, which he did reluctantly. It is as nice as it looks, although I preferred it with the stock wheels and white walls when he had it. Unfortunately, it also looks like the asking price is about double what he sold it for. That really turns me off..........................

Don't worry. 19,500 is something the seller is not going to get for it, not by a long shot. It's a beauty, but it's also a C.

Can't believe Bob is selling that already, he really liked it. I wonder what he has lined up. Maybe he wants to get back into a B.

I will say that a 25% profit is more than the typical C-body owner could hope for.
If he bought it for 10 grand, I'd give him 12-5 and that's it.
Every man deserves a profit. Profiteering is unacceptable to me.
Besides....
No A/C

when l saw the Calgary connection remembered seeing this car in one of your posts..world of wheels l belive

car now at 17.5 k can=$13,712 USD and change...this would be good deal lm thinkin

thinking about my C-bodies I have to ask: What is a profit on a resale?

I could on every one I own, but I dont have them for that.

I could have made profit if I would probably buying some 383-2 Newports or Fury III in "nice" condition, some green and brown ones. Nicely running&driving cars.

But buying Hi Impact coloured, special models with various flaws, mistakes and rust which are of the road for years usually end at 50 cent of a spent Dollar when I sell one of them (if I do so)

It would have been possible overhere.
Buying nice decent C-bodies, nothing to special or rare, just a clean nice car and try to sell it.
It works (is being done by many dealers).

Just if you play with the more rare and unusual stuff it is more difficult. Because you need special people who appreciate them for what they are and who are very specific about the model/colour/options they are looking for
