When the mph to kph change took place, these stickers were sold at all the parts stores here. These were probably added by the first civilian owner after it went out of service, but I would have put them on a little neater.

I would say that is a Canadian car. Those stickers were available for free when Canada adopted the metric system. I remember sticking them on all my cars. They didn't work with the Fury because the plastic cover is far enough from the printed face to produce a lot of parallax error. Used to really frost my wife since she couldn't see my speed.
