I've had the mail Jeeps delivering to our neighborhood decades ago....right hand drive models.

I've been in Army units that still had Kaiser Jeeps in 1970's. We still hve a couple of them at the Proving Ground.....mostly for ceremonial duties and parades. A couple of them were sent down to Ft. Lee, Va when the Ordnance Museum and School moved a few years ago.

I've seen all of those before on the roads (and off), except the Cab Forward van. Cool article.

I've searched for a FC & a M715 off and on. The one ton and the FC van was a new one though.

Only ones I'd never seen before were the Vans and the one ton. The rest, meh you might not know them if you lived under a rock. Or you're under 35. CJ-6's were common in CO during the 80's. My first vehicle was a '55 CJ-3B with a small block chevy under the hood. I must have blown-up that tiny T-90 three or four times before I sold it.

The only Jeep that ever got me real excited waz the all Stainless Steal CJ7 that was made in the Philippines in the early '80s. But then I've alwayz heard different music. Man are they shiny, and impervious to the ravages of the environment, lol
