Be careful with the door panel as you remove it, don't try to pull it off from one spot. Get yourself a small flat bar or trim removal tool and pry evenly making your way around the perimeter.

Yes there are two studs that mount through the door skin, There are two Phillip head screws holding on the arm rest, one allen screw for the window crank handle, one alan screw for the vent window crank handle and one bolt holding the chrome door handle, and the rest are snap in metal clips around the lower perimeter of the door panel "Be very careful not to over pry them off" as you can rip the clip out of the cardboard door panel. Use a small flat bar, putty knife or trim removal tool to pop them out off of the door, after all clips are popped lift up on door panel to unhook top of the panel from the door there are several metal clips built / riveted on to the top of that door panel.
