I kinda like it. Don't think it's a rerun.

Interesting... I think it may be a 74 with a newer front clip...

Mouse fur interiors are extremely durable... this one could be worth a look.

I would say it’s a 75. Electric grid rear defrost exclusive to the 75 imperial and what looks to be the shorter loop carpet also in the 75’s. I am thankful that it’s just far enough away geographically to stop me from doing something impulsive...

Hmm... thank you... I just learned something halfway... So I had thought that small window and plug were 74 and 78 Salon use only. All the 75's I've noticed had the same backlite as the 76 NYB.

Digging through the parts books... 23-64-314 for those who want to play along... 74 is easy, one number... but that glass shows available in the 75 book too as tint, w/o canopy vinyl roof (St Regis or Crown pkg) AND there is a PN for 75 I didn't find in my 76 book for w/o canopy electric... even though the 76 numbers for no electric work too...

74 (and 75???) small window... 3720 830
75 only electric... 3790 063... w/o canopy... IDK what size this one is???
76 tint electric... 3794 067
75 76 tint... 3674 481
75 76 clear 3674 480

I need @Mr C to weigh in... I'm a little thrown right now... my homebrew 1974 Imperial spotter's guide just went to poop.

Info about this Imperial from the owner:
'it could use a paint job ,rust driver side rear door rocker , windows move slow but they work, a c needs up grade for an old suerviver its in suprisely good shape , when i got it the tag was 1983 ,i had it 3 year now if you want to talk about it cal 970 596 7271 thanks geary'.

I thought all Imps and the Salon got the plugged window.
This is a 75... the front clip I could see, but the steering wheel would be the older style in a 74... brain fart. I seriously did not think the smaller window was used that year.

All sorted out now... I'm an Effing idiot. :realcrazy: I must have crossed my wires looking at so many Crown Coupes...

Great shot for the 3790 063 glass...

I have no explanation for where my head was looking at all of these 75's :BangHead:

Cantflip: I love those '74 and older steering wheels better than the later '70's wheels!

I do too, but at this point I've come to appreciate any of them that aren't cracked.

I have a few later ones that are core material for the day I decide to either try recasting one myself or fall off my wallet and pay. For now, I'm only really interested in an older one if it's clean and/or cheap... I'm not holding my breath.
