Changed my mind and am going with the elk grain for a Salon top to go with the correct window insert I got. I forgot to change the order when I bought the rear window plug.

Oops!

Out of curiosity, what do these tops look like uninstalled? In other words, are they just one wide swath of vinyl bonded to two narrower pieces? Are they the same thing cut into rough shapes? Are there sewn areas?

I've only done one vinyl top, with good results, but that was a '72 Charger with a canopy roof. As you can see, those don't really have any curves or seams (maybe it had seams, I forget). I guess I'm wondering how the 3 different planes at the c-post are done. How do you get that corner without wrinkles?

I'm not sure with the coupe.

The 4 door is 3 pieces with two overlapped seams about 6" in from the roof rail running from the front windshield to the rear window.

Javier, where did you order from? I ask because I’ll need material for my 77.
Oh good... I'll be needing the same color for my parts car... if you'd be kind enough to order the wrong grain pattern, I could use a discount :poke:
