Well I know it’s not a Cbody, but I thought I would share some pictures of my friend’s 1949 Chrysler New Yorker. He stooped over and we drove around, what a ride. There were 2 iterations of the New Yorker for 1949 with the new body style introduced in the second half of the model year. His is the carry over from 1948 and is in the prewar styling in the Art Deco style and has suicide doors and the fluid drive semi automatic transmission. The grill and dashboard are so cool in person. The car is all original, including the interior. Only 58,000 original miles in 73 years. He bought it
