Some Nice Original Cars Still Out There

That Monaco is nice. Amazing how small the 440 looks in the Chrysler looks but the 400 in the Dodge looks like it was shoe horned in.

the car has been in storage since fall and cannot say if air-conditioning is currently operational - imagine it could need to be "re-charged". We checked back with our mechanic who replied that he believes the part which needs replacing is the "coolant bypass valve"
Yah, yah, yah...

Definitely one of the rare occasions a '73 Monaco comes up for sale. It sure is a beauty, a nice "survivor" car as some like to call them. I wonder how many exist today? I was lucky to find a nice original C body like this one too...

Looks like the headlight doors are missing the bottom bumper, or whatever limits their downward travel.

I believe the headlamp door motor operating rod was installed incorrectly, which doesn't allow the doors to fully close. It could be easily adjusted. At the end of last year, I sold this one to a guy in Finland that is a friend of another friend I have over there. It was a turnkey car that he didn't have to do anything to but get in it and drive it, as he requested. Even the a/c was working. I have one left that I want to restore. You are correct, as these cars rarely show up anymore, especially the two doors.

Both nice cars and it looks like the black one is sold.
