Working on my car again this weekend. Finished welding up the inner structure, well almost, I ran out of gas for my mig. I also noticed more rust. The left rear quarter panel was repaired years ago, not very well, has a lot of Bondo that needs to be sanded off. I will post some pics when I get home tonight. This rust crap seems to be a never ending battle, especially when you only have part of the weekend.

Welcome to the last 2.5 years of my life. 'Course I JUST figured out that my regulator is in L/min. Guess who's been who's been flowing twice what he should have based on the dials? :sSig_noob: Oh well at least the bottles will last longer.

I just picked up a larger tank.Cut out rust, weld, cutout rust, weld.

Had the solenoid valve on mine sticking open. Didn't relies till ran bottle out in almost no time couldn't hear is leaking when welder is on wouldn't leak turning bottle and welder off.

Yeah I listened to the guy I bought the welder from and set the damned thing to push out 22-24 L/min Bottles don't last long at that rate.

The rust though just seems to be popping up everywhere I look. Not alot but a little pin hole here, a little pin hole there. At some point I'm going to stop looking.

I used to get some material from Home Depot way back. Then they stopped selling it..
Is it adhesived backed? Water resistant
