Spotted a 68 Newport over lunch

I saw this one while out at lunch today. I'm kind of an acquaintance with the guy that owns it. The guy before him set it up for racing and supposedly it's pretty fast, but I don't know any of the details on it.

Is that rt 8 in oil city? brings back memories to the 90s.

You've got a good eye. It most certainly is. In the parking lot of what used to be Hoss' restaurant. It is now Hovis auto parts. What had you in Oil City in the 90's?
