Steering Pump Gasket Needed

Hello,

The rear gasket in my power steering pump leaks. I attached a picture, since I am not sure exactly which model pump I have.

I just need the rear gasket. I know I've seen kits in the past, just don't remember where. Has anyone dealt with this?

This is on a 63 New Yorker with a 413.

From what I can see that looks like the same pump that my 68 has. I believe I got the kit from Rock Auto.

Yes, kits are available and they have new gaskets. You might just want to check your local parts store first.

NAPA has hundred's of different size O-rings. Good Luck

I believe that would be termed the "Federal" pump? Used for many years, until the later 1960s, when they started to use the Saginaw pump exclusively on cars. The Saginaw pump is smaller with an oblong filler neck dimension, rather than the larger circular "Federal" pump uses.

Looking at the pictures, I'd say any of them except for the two from AC Delco.
