Steve Magnante Looks At A Black 1968 Chrysler 300 Convertible

I'm glad he is back in the field, I've been watching his junkyard crawl videos all week.

He also said that they didn't have power vent windows, but it was indeed an option. But hey, I can certainly excuse a few inaccuracies when a person has so much vehicular trivia to sort through in his brain :) Now what that car DID have which was pretty rare (and seems to be gone) is the stereo radio.

It's a pity that one ended up in the junkard. I've seen worse examples still on the road. But to say that one should be restored is, unfortunately, not realistic.

Me too - he's had a rough go recently.

Regardless, he said that power disc brakes were standard on the 68 300, and they were not, if I recall correctly.
Agree, I don't think he is correct. I owned a '68 300 for a few years and it had power drums.

I didn't have time to watch and listen to the whole thread, but yes, lots of excellent trivia stuffed into his brain, and a few errors would be permissable! Admirable, for sure!
