When I removed the old heater hoses I damage the outlet. Anyone with advice to get it back into shape. I feel like I didn't do that much damage. Here is a pre restoration picture of the detailed damage. It leaked pretty bad, a steady stream once the engine got warm.

I'd use needle nose pliers and gently work it to make it as round as possible . I guess the best thing would be to insert a tapered round bar as a dolly.

Mike. Make a trip to your friendly radiator fixer upper guy and ask him how they straighten thoze little tubez out. I know they have mandrels for the radiator sizez neckz. Maybe they have them for the heater hose size stuff too. Better still if they do, maybe you could rent it or possible even borrow it for an hour or so? Worth ah shot, Jer

If you end up needing one, I have one on the 65 Newport I'm parting. Not removed it yet.

Thanks for the offer hopefully it won't come to that. Thanks everyone for the tips I should be in go shape.

Just an up date the advice went well and I had success. My wire clamp is the wrong size too, it was too loose so I put the old clamp on for now no leak
