It's probably a 73 Quebec plate. It is a Quebec plate. Looks like the pic was taken at a show.

You are right ! The front plate is actually a 1973 Quebec plate.

I was wondering my self why is the bracket rusted away at the bottom of the first picture, and the caulking spots on the trunk floor and the rust underneath the vinyl just wondering.
