here's a few pix of 1969 Newport @ Jefferson swapmeet. interior was perfect (black) and rear qtrs were worked. I couldn't find any issues with the top and from what i saw, trunk had surface rust under the mat. seller seemed willing to deal.

I spent a lot of time looking that over today. Sizable ding in the left rear quarter, major mustiness small on the inside. I love that color with the gator grain top! Though maybe $3500 would be as good place to start. I took his business card.

That is Tortoise grain...not reproduced. Gator grain looked different and is re-popped.
