It's Not Going to Shift Itself
Rear overhang is far too long for this wheelbase. Handling must suck, especially with single rear wheels.

Crosswinds would make things really exciting. It's not really suited to towing a vehicle. Which really limits your activities at a campground. I prefer a little RV trailer.
