I remember it ......... Jeeez that was in the very early 80's that I saw that

I remember the car but not the movie. Anyone remember the name of the movie?

Google is scary. I typed in a description first thing listed The Car 1977.

The "evil" black car in the film was a customized 1971 Lincoln Continental Mark III designed by famed Hollywood car customizer George Barris. There were four cars built for the film in six weeks. Three were used for stunt work – the fourth was for closeups, etc. The stunt cars were destroyed during production – the fourth is now in a private collection.

The name of the movie IS "The Car".

How about a "Duel" between the semi in that movie and the car in "The Car"??

Or, which is more evil? "Christine" or "The Car"?

duel was a semi and a valiant ,wasn't it?

Yes, but I was asking about a duel between the evil truck and the evil car. Not the Valiant, whose character played by Dennis Weaver, was a wuss and just plain lucky he survived that ordeal.
