is up for sale again. Damn, I miss that garage and yard space. Sold that in '99 for $350K.

Ok,, so I am curious....
WHY would you sell it... And especially after only being there seven years... ??

A few reasons. 3400 Sq. ft. is a lot to keep up when you both work. We wanted to travel more, and the hassle to get someone to look after an acreage when you are gone factored into it. As well, dealing with the well, septic, and rural power supply. We moved about a half mile as the crow flies into a fully serviced area so we could just pack and go as felt like. Besides, it let me pocket a good chunk of change, while still keeping about 2800 sq ft of developed space.

I bet the boys over at Ronco Realty were falling over themselves to get that listing!! Good chunk of change back in '99 double and a bit today I'd wager! Still short a garage or two for your fleet though.

And a 40 x 60 out back.

That'd work and I don't mind a cape cod...

So that would take 12 seconds to go from front of the lot to the back of the lot I assume?
