Tow bar?

If I tow my 300 Hurst with a tow bar, can I back the car up with it attached?

It will not act like a trailer and may fight you.
Most states require that the car have current registration and insurance if it touches the road.

I know I would not do it !!!!! could be more aggravation, trouble and cause potential damage !!!! But that's just my 2 cents.
