Can you pop them out from the back like a GM car? Or does the bezel and everything have to come out and replace them from the front ? One of my turn signal ones is broken

1978 New Yorker , my 79 Chevy truck you can reach your arm up from the back and twist and they come out the back

Yes, you can remove the bulb from the circuit board from behind. Might be easier from above after pulling the metal dash piece...don't quote me it's been a while.
