Ultimate American muscle car”

I guess the engine in that car is a version of the new "flat-crank" motor found in the new GT-350. They say that new motor has an awesome sound. IE: All the Ferrari motors have flat cranks, and we know they sound good. . .

They are correct that weight kills performance. Fiat's next move should be to offer a gutted version of the Hellcat much like the A990 and radio and hvac delete soundener left on the die cut machine, power seat gone, rear.seat gone. Get 900 lbs out of that car and you knocking on 9 sec 1/4 mi and it will turn better. If you are worried how good the radio sounds on a Hellcat you should turn in you man card to the nearest women's shelter and have them use you as a punching bag. IMHO

Even better than the sound, is ability to rev so freely. 5000rpms *feels* like 2500 in a regular engine. Very long legged engines.
