Valve seals for 69 440 help

I need a little help here guys. Got a felpro gasket set from rock auto and it came with 8 each, 3 different size valve seals. I need 16 valve seals. I took off 16 umbrella type seals that are bigger than the valve guides.
The gasket set had 8 thick small seals, 8 about 1/2 tall but too small seals, and 8 umbrella type seals bigger than guide towers and about 3/4 tall. These appear correct.
FSM says 440 uses 16 of these and not a mix. Part number 2121686.
Ordered seals from napa and got 16 too small. Anyone know if there was a change or update somewhere along the journey?

My late machine shop operative used to buy the orange silicone umbrella seals for 1990s Chev 454s, then trim them to length.

What condition are your valve guides in?

Great. Everything is really snug while still sliding freely. Valve stems are within specs and valves seal tight

Felpro list 8 seals. I got the part number and advance ordered what I needed
