So the better half (my wife) found some very cool items floating around on ebay....and gifted them to me for father's day:
An ORIGINAL concept rendering created in the 60's by a designer by the name of Walter G. Trussell...

Trussell was a designer at Chrysler in the mid to late sixties (recently deceased).

Apparently he was working for Chrysler when they were invisioning the new fuselage design...this is the 1969 Chrysler Newport (almost exactly like mine, a 70' Newport)
One of his family members (or an agent of) had one of his original dwgs up for auction on ebay.
This is DEFINITELY the cats *** for someone who owns a fuselage car. It's definitely going up on my "Chrysler wall" when I get a proper light box (and can make room)...
She also found this little item on ebay (I cant stand ebay, she loves it)...
A nos part that was also floating around on ebay. It was still in the original box addressed to a location in Ohio....
I plan to do the install at the end of the summer.. hopefully....
I nolonger have a fully enclosed work space to do stuff in so a few factors will have to be considered before I just jump in head first and full speed ahead..
which is my typical crazy way of doing things.
