This car is on ebay now being noted as 375hp.
For anyone considering/bidding on this car, be aware of this.

This car was listed/'sold' on ebay twice in Apr-May 2016. In June 2016 it was relisted as having the engine swapped out (all by same seller, seems like an honest disclosure). Listing says Delaware, no title, bill of sale only. Car sold for $3600, then $2900, then $2500 as NOM.

Car is now on ebay in FL, different seller name, and it does not mention the engine swap. It's hard to know if this seller was the next buyer of the car, and therefore aware it was NOM, but the pictures in this current listing are the some of the same ones from the past. It could have been reunited with the orig engine, but seems unlikely unless someone went thru extra effort/expense to get the engine and swap it back.

I am not stating whether the current seller is trying to mislead the bidders, only informing the group so none of us get misled.

It doesn't appear to me the engine was swapped out. The latest engine pic taken in FL looks likethe earlier pics.

Regardless, here's the tag.

I agree the engine pic looks semi-authentic, but here's the #3 listing text.
"“Has been off the road for 20plus years, this was originally a L code 375 horse 440, but is no longer numbers matching, the long block is a 1975 440, but does retain the original intake , carb, manifolds, etc.., 727 auto, 3.23 8 3/4 rear, 4 piston power disc brakes, a/c, power windows, locks, power bucket seats, rear window defog,. rear passenger ventilation, factory am/fm that works, dual exhaust, mostly original paint, straight solid car, needs restoration, starts and yard drives.. I was told this car was driven on a dealer tag as it was owned by a family member of a Chrysler dealership, and was never titled...a Bill of Sale will be provided..If you have a zero or low feedback rating, please contact me before bidding.”"

Perhaps I should say that I assume the 1st seller swapped the engine, but maybe during his selling attempts he found out it had already been swapped prior to his ownership and simply updated his listing. Maybe he swapped/saved the 440hp and didn't bother with new engine pics as he states it wears the original manifolds, carb, etc on it. Who knows. Not enough evidence for a grand jury to decide who/what/when, but is enough to warn anyone here that might want to bid on it.

The current ad states "Clear Florida Title"

I would confirm it is in the seller's name and make sure the VIN matches... still too many idiots who think they can pass bad paperwork off on the sale of a car.
