Makes my $500 Corinthian Edition purchase look like a steal.....:realcrazy:

Hi, I'm interested in your Used 1983 Chrysler Cordoba listed on Autotrader for $3,000. I'd like to get more information about this vehicle and confirm its availability.

I don't see anything close to $13,500 there, not for a /6 car, especially. Nice car, yes! $7,500 would be top $$$, IMO.

If it was a trade-in, the dealer probably took $500 off the price for their new Toyleta.

i had a 6 cylinder mirada which i,ve always regretted selling.Mine was 2995.00 they made a profit,a good one,even at that price.13,000.00 ridiculous.B.B

At less than 10K miles, it ought to be as "like new" as it could be. Probably the lowest mileage car like that in existence. Does that mean "rare"? Hope they put new tires on it!

The ole used car phrase "Where you going to find another one like that?" would apply, I suspect, which is a justification for the higher-than-normal asking price. BTAIM

Hopefully, it'll find a good home and a sheltered existence!

The sad thing about this is that there are plenty of fools out there that would believe that this is what a 8,000 mile engine bay looks like.

You can bet that the dealership had it "detailed" by their people. Would need to look closer at the hose clamps on it, etc. to see if it's really "unmolested". Plus the date codes on the hoses, if they weren't removed in the clean-up process.

It's a beautiful car, but $13K of beauty? Nope. Wonder what they'd ask if it had a V-8, leather, and power everything?

Regardless of what equipment this Cordoba lacks, I'd hate to have its ex-owner on my tail. If s/he thinks those new Toyotas are better looking, one's either blind as a bat, or drunk! :p
