Thanks for the all the welcome messages. I am still in the process of dealing with the owner and agreeing on a price that is fair for both parties. I owned a 1969 Monaco 500 hardtop about 15 years ago, the front stub frame was pretty rusty along with the quarter panels. I wanted to save it, but life prevented it. I have always wanted another one, and stumbled across this project that is not far from me. It needs a lot, but these cars just don't come up for sale much anymore.
Turboomni you are correct, I do own a Turbo Caravan. It's one of the vehicles I will keep as long as I can.
