Thanks! I grew up in Plymouth, MI. Then had businesses in Ann Arbor and Detroit. Sold my house in Detroit in 2007, but go to visit family there once or twice a year. Still have my 313 phone number even though I've been in Los Angeles for years now. Great to meet other Detroit folk.

But I also lived in Michigan for almost 3 years, part time in Royal Oak and later on in Birmingham, where I bought my avatar car used from Birmingham Chrylser/Plymouth in 1972. What brought you to California? Most Michigan guys would rather go to Florida it seems.

A woman and a job offer took me out to LA. The relationship with that woman didn't work out, but it was all a blessing in disguise. Life has been good since then.
