Welcome, HotDodge

Glad to be here and looking forward to helping get my 1964 Chrysler Newport back on the road.

Originally a 361/727 push-button car, but somewhere down the road someone put in a 383 and lever-shift 727. I'm converting it back to a 727 push-button.
That's great! Are you having to change the steering column? Or did they use a floor shifter and you have to repair a hole in the transmission hump?

Luckily, the used a floor shifter, so the steering column is good. However, they deleted the push buttons, so I'm working on getting and installing the push button shifter assembly.
