Welcome humnbass to FCBO!

Thanks for the welcome everyone. I joined this forum in hopes of learning more about my first mopar. It's a 1965 Dodge Polara. it's in pretty good condition with minimal rust. Currently I need to either clean out the tank or buy a new one, replace the battery, and replace the master cylinder as I have no brakes. it runs good and sounds good with the duals. I fell in love with it when I first saw it and drove 3 hours to pick it up. Tell me what you guys think.

Switch to a dual circit master cylinder when .you do the brakes, and make it a little safer. The single pot master can make for a fun time if it gives out when you're driving down the road!

that's a good idea. I want to go with the power brake route but i'm so eager to drive it that I can definitely make this change for now. what all would i have to change going with the dual circuit master cylinder?

Master cylinder from a 67 and newer, and a proportioning valve from a drum/drum car. (Assuming you have a drum brake car)
