Here are a few I took the day I purchased it. The car is a 1969 Newport Custom hardtop 383 4 barrel 56k miles.

The person I purchased it from saved it from the original owners kids that wanted to drive it in a demolition derby. The guy that bought it was not a car guy but could not let the kids destroy it so he purchased it and put it in his garage.

What a great looking car. And the guy you bought it from deserves a medal for saving it from becoming a derby car... truly. That would have been a shame. Welcome!

My plans were to repaint another color with new wheels but it's like a time capsule. Maybe just wheels and a vinyl wrap to preserve the original paint.

wrap it n rim it , then you could go back . oem paint only comes once on a car .
