What happened here not able to upload pictures?

I tried yesterday and get "the file upload is too large for the server to process". I have been using photos saved from my computer for 12 years plus on this site and now I cannot?

i had that problem last night to. never had that before. i just saved the image to downloads and uploaded it from there.
