Question was asked on an Imperial group on FB, trying to identify if this is a genuine Chrysler/Imperial wheel cover or a custom made piece, the second photo is supposedly a Chrysler unit (listed on ebay), but I haven't been able to find anything online, any ideas?

First one is from a 55 or 56 Imperial:

Second one Is from a 56 or 57 Imperial:

First one is the wheel cover in question, not standard in any 1955/56 Imperial I've seen, second one is a bit of a mistery, can't find a reference photo either, despite the ebay claims.
The bottom one matches what is in the '56 Chrysler sales brochure, as to the emblem, but nothing about "the bars" can be seen in the drawn-art illustrations. NOTHING in the parts books, either, as to illustrations that I have found.
I concur with the Imperial item being the first one.

Not genuine 55/56, but a nice modification of a 55/56 cover.
