which wiper motor to use?

'68 newport 2 speed wiper I have found two variations for this part, one has an extra wire terminal that's excluded from the other?
mine is a two speed and has a separate washer button on the dashboard. can anyone tell me which I need or if they are interchangable?
I don't have the original wiper motor it's been removed but has the 2-speed switch in the dash.

Does your car have the wiring harness to connect to the motor? I've never seen a motor like that before. It's nice looking, but not what I thought a slab would have.

I think you want the one without the extra connection. I'm not sure what that extra connection is for though.

The way the OEM wiper motor was wired, there was a resistor for the slow speed bolted to the motor. The harness should have one plug with 4 connections and then 2 single connection plugs that go to the resistor.

Here's a pic of the OEM Chrysler motor showing the resistor (looks like a ballast resistor, but it's not the same)
