I've seen these sorts of numbers before, and I've always been curious how or why Australia ranks so high. Perhaps our Australian FCBO members can explain this.
Belgium also ranks high. You will note that Germany, France and the UK are not in the top-10. Canada ranks higher than the US when looking at the median numbers.
